Client

The Financial Service Center (FDC) is a work unit of the Directorate of Services, Partnerships, and Execution (DSU) within the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. The FDC is a partnership for five ministries that manages the financial administration for the core ministries of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Finance, Education, Culture and Science, Social Affairs and Employment, and Public Health, Welfare and Sport. In addition, the FDC also provides functional and application management for the financial SAP 3F system of these ministries. The FDC employs over 100 FTE.

Project

To support the FDC Management cluster, there is a need for a senior SAP Front-end Specialist starting December 1, 2026. Familiarity with financial processes within the Central Government (KFI) is a plus.

Personal Qualities

• Developing and setting up new Fiori applications in SAP 3F.
• Coordinating construction and management activities with the project team.
• Making estimates and calculations for construction work based on functional specifications and change requests.
• Translating business requirements/functional design into a functional/technical design for developments in ABAP, OData, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, Fiori, and SAPUI5.
• Aligning the solution with standard solution possibilities in SAP.
• Building solutions based on ABAP, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, Fiori (Elements), SAPUI5, and CDS Views.
• Performing unit tests and preparing test reports of the realized solutions, including submission for delivery.
• Compiling configuration documentation.
• Analyzing and resolving findings and test incidents.
• Reporting on the progress of work to the project manager.
• HBO work and thinking level.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in designing and developing SAP Fiori applications based on SAPUI5.
• Preferably experience with front-end development (SAP FI/CO/MM/SRM/Procurement).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in testing and challenging technical issues.
• Experience with 3F or government organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP and SAP Back-end.
• Thorough and demonstrable knowledge of the SAP HANA platform and ICT infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience of recent SAP developments such as SAP CAI and RPA is a plus.

Requirements

1 Candidate demonstrably possesses at least HBO work and thinking level (Testable in CV and motivation (evident from completed education and/or at least 2 years of work experience at HBO level).

2 Candidate possesses demonstrable knowledge and experience in designing and developing SAP Fiori applications based on RAP and CDS Views.
