Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Order Management System (OMS) solutions for retail business operations.
- Work on SAP IS-Retail processes, including article master, merchandise management, pricing, inventory, and store operations.
- Manage omnichannel capabilities such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Ship from Store, Click and Collect, and endless aisle.
- Configure and support order orchestration, order routing, inventory availability, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Integrate SAP OMS with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, SAP CAR, POS, e-commerce platforms, warehouse management, and third-party logistics systems.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand retail order-to-cash processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support.
- Troubleshoot order processing, inventory synchronization, pricing, delivery, and integration issues.
- Work with technical teams on APIs, IDocs, middleware, and interface monitoring.
- Support retail transformation, omnichannel implementations, system enhancements, and process optimization.
- SAP OMS / Order Management experience.
- SAP IS-Retail / SAP Retail domain knowledge.
