For our client, a leading international manufacturer in the building materials industry, we are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant (m/f/d) to support a strategic SAP S/4HANA Greenfield program.

The company is currently in the realization phase of the S/4HANA implementation. The focus is on the upcoming integration and end-to-end testing phase within a largely standard-compliant SAP process landscape. We are looking for an experienced individual who, in addition to in-depth OTC expertise, also possesses the ability to critically assess project status, set priorities, and support the project team through clear recommendations and structured approaches.

As part of the internal team, you will represent the interests of the business departments, act as a sparring partner for project management and key users, and contribute significantly to the successful execution of the testing phase.

Responsibilities

• Support of the integration and end-to-end testing phase in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process area
• Planning, management, execution, and documentation of integration tests along the entire OTC process chain
• Ensuring process continuity from customer inquiry through order, delivery, and invoicing to payment receipt
• Analysis, evaluation, and tracking of errors, as well as coordination of retests
• Verification and coordination of interfaces to adjacent SAP modules and business processes
• Evaluation of project progress and derivation of concrete recommendations for action regarding priorities and further procedures
• Representation of business department interests as an internal customer towards the project team and implementation partners
• Close collaboration with international project stakeholders and business departments in Germany and the UK

Requirements

• Several years of in-depth practical experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (SAP SD)
• Demonstrable experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally in Greenfield implementations
• Extensive experience in integration, system, and acceptance testing
• Strong planning, prioritization, and management skills
• Experience in leadership roles, such as Team Lead, Stream Lead, or Sub-Project Manager
• Confident demeanor at stakeholder and management level
• Ability to provide technical guidance to teams, set impulses, and drive pragmatic solutions
• Very good understanding of standard-compliant SAP processes and best practices
• Structured, analytical, and self-directed way of working
• Fluent German and English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience with bonus and condition agreements in the SAP SD environment
• Knowledge of adjacent end-to-end processes within an S/4HANA process landscape
• Experience in international transformation projects
