For our client, a leading international manufacturer in the building materials industry, we are looking for an experienced SAP P2F Consultant to support an ongoing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield program.

The company is currently in the realization phase of the S/4HANA implementation. The focus is on the successful execution of upcoming integration and end-to-end tests within the production and planning processes. The SAP solution has been implemented largely in line with standard best practices, therefore a deep understanding of SAP best practice processes and practical experience from S/4HANA implementations are required.

We are looking for an experienced individual with in-depth expertise in Plan-to-Fulfill (Make-to-Stock) processes, who, in addition to technical know-how, is also capable of critically evaluating project progress, setting priorities, and supporting the project team through structured recommendations and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Support of the integration and end-to-end test phase in the Plan-to-Fulfill (Make-to-Stock) process area
• Planning, execution, and documentation of integration tests along the entire P2F process chain
• Ensuring process continuity from demand and production planning through manufacturing order processing to the provision of finished goods
• Analysis, evaluation, and tracking of errors, as well as support with retests and quality measures
• Testing of interfaces and transitions to adjacent SAP modules and business processes
• Evaluation of project progress and derivation of concrete action recommendations regarding priorities and next implementation steps
• Representing the interests of the business departments as an internal customer within test management
• Close collaboration with internal project teams, key users, and implementation partners
• Support in ensuring a standard-aligned S/4HANA process landscape

Requirements

Project framework

• Many years of practical experience in Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) within SAP-supported Make-to-Stock production environments
• Very good knowledge of SAP PP
• Experience with SAP PP/DS is an advantage
• Demonstrable project experience in SAP S/4HANA, ideally in Greenfield implementations
• Experience in leadership roles, e.g., as Team Lead, Stream Lead, or Subproject Manager
• Strong planning, prioritization, and control skills
• Confident and assured demeanor towards business departments, project management, and management
• Ability to provide technical guidance and coaching to teams and actively drive impulses for project success
• Very good understanding of standard-aligned SAP processes and best practices
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Start: 02.11.
• Duration: 9 months
• Utilization: 5 days per week
• Location: approx. 60% on-site in the greater Dortmund / NRW area
• Remote share: approx. 40%
• Travel: Occasional travel to Great Britain
