SAP P2P Process Implementation and Optimization

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP functional expert for the implementation and optimization of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive blueprint for accounts payable and payment processes.

Your tasks include functional design and implementation support for invoice management processes, conducting tests and validations, and implementing e-invoicing processes. You will analyze and optimize existing processes to ensure optimal alignment with SAP standard functionalities and business requirements. Furthermore, you will implement interfaces between SAP and upstream systems and support the creation of process documentation and user manuals.

For this position, you need extensive functional knowledge in SAP FI and SAP MM, as well as a deep understanding of standard SAP business processes and end-to-end P2P processes. Practical experience in functional process design, blueprint implementation, and optimization of invoice and payment management processes is required. Knowledge of e-invoicing processes and SAP system interfaces is advantageous.

You should be able to independently analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and develop functional solutions. A structured way of working, personal responsibility, and the ability to drive implementation tasks independently are essential. Good communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in collaboration between business and IT teams complete your profile.

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are required. The position is carried out remotely and offers flexible work arrangements.
