- Coordinate knowledge transfer from the outgoing provider and the Product Owner (transfer in November, shadow from November 9 to 20, and RUN takeover on November 26).
- Lead the diagnosis of PM/CS incidents, their correction, and root cause analysis.
- Configure corrective changes, prepare associated transports, design functional documentation and corrections in conjunction with an ABAP developer, and oversee the follow-up of support requests.
- Mandatory Skills: SAP PM, SAP CS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, Proaxia E4C connector, N3 application support.
- Experience: Senior.
