Responsibilities

• IT representation of the relevant core processes within the scope of the global SAP S/4HANA template rollout at various EU locations
• Leading and conducting functional workshops as well as fit/gap analyses
• Identification and coordination of local process deviations and requirements with the client team
• Conception and definition of the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA
• IT support for solution realization and testing
• Creation of status reports and regular reporting to project management
• Creation and maintenance of process briefs, process models, user stories, and solution concepts
• Building SAP S/4HANA system examples
• Support in the creation of functional and technical specifications
• Execution and documentation of tests
• Cross-subproject coordination and collaboration
• Onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer

• Sound knowledge of the SAP PP module (Production Planning)
• Experience with SAP customizing as well as in the analysis and optimization of production-related business processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or rollout projects, preferably in an international project environment
• Knowledge in the creation of functional and technical specifications and solution concepts
• Experience in fit/gap analyses, development of process design, and process documentation
