- We are looking for an SAP Process Consultant to join an international ERP migration project following a company acquisition.
- The technical SAP side of the project is already well covered, so we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the business process area, with a strong focus on Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). This is a hands-on role combining SAP knowledge with process expertise and close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders.
- Start: mid-November / beginning of December
- Duration: Contract long-term cooperation, initially 12 months
- Location: primarily remote
- On-site: Berlin, approximately once a month or every two weeks
- Occasional business travel to locations such as London, Nashville or New York may be required
- Due to cooperation with US-based teams, flexibility to work approximately 11:00–19:00 is required
- Project language: English
- Support the ERP migration from the business process and Process Excellence perspective
- Design, analyse and optimise end-to-end P2P and O2C processes
- Support the implementation and improvement of Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) approval flows
- Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and propose practical solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP standards
- Support process integration across different SAP areas and systems
- Translate business requirements into functional/process solutions
- Support testing, validation and implementation of new or migrated processes
- Prepare process documentation and support change management activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP experts and international teams
- Independently drive assigned topics and follow them through to implementation
- Hands-on experience working with SAP business processes
- Strong understanding and practical experience with P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash)
- Good understanding of PO/PR processes and approval workflows
- Experience in process design, optimisation, harmonisation or Process Excellence
- Previous involvement in ERP/SAP implementation, transformation or migration projects
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions
- Understanding of cross-functional SAP processes and integration between different business areas
