SAP Programme Manager – S/4HANA Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead the comprehensive implementation of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the planning, mobilization, governance, and execution of the program, ensuring delivery in line with agreed business objectives, scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, senior management, the IT department, enterprise architecture, and external system integration partners, the SAP Programme Manager will provide strong leadership across all program workstreams, driving delivery excellence, business engagement, and successful organizational transformation.

The role is responsible for managing the complexity of a large-scale SAP transformation, ensuring that the technology implementation aligns with business strategy, operational requirements, and the organization's long-term goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering complex SAP programs, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, challenge delivery partners, and navigate the organizational and technical challenges of large ERP transformations.

Requirements

Extensive experience in SAP program management, proven ability to manage top-level stakeholders, understanding of ERP transformations and change management, and strong leadership skills.
