SAP Project Manager - EWM (Enterprise Warehouse Management)

Project overview

A globally active company with a complex supply chain is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager for Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) to support a large transformation program.

In this role, you will play a key part in migrating multiple SAP ECC environments to a global S/4HANA template, driving the successful implementation of warehouse, distribution, and order-to-cash functions in a large-scale international landscape.

As the interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, you will ensure that business priorities are translated into structured, scalable, and successful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading supply chain and warehouse-related workstreams in the global SAP transformation program
• Coordination between business product owners, technical teams, and delivery partners
• Planning, prioritization, and governance structures for multiple initiatives
• Monitoring timelines, risks, and cross-functional delivery activities
• Support with migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
• Executive reporting on program status and milestones

Requirements

Position: Freelance | Location: South America (fully remote) | Contract Duration: 12 months with option to extend

• Proven experience in leading SAP transformation programs in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of supply chain, distribution, warehouse management, and order-to-cash processes
• Experience with SAP EWM, WMS platforms, or warehouse technology landscapes
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams
