Project overview
For our client we are looking for a Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation (m/w/d). Project goal: Project-specific coordination as Project Manager within an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Responsibilities
- Project-specific coordination within an SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
- Conceptualization and project-specific documentation of the methods used for project coordination.
- Technical coordination of activities in the areas of solution design, migration, templates, pilot phase, and rollout, including dependency management.
- Project-specific coordination with stakeholders regarding priorities, resources, timelines, and readiness across all workstreams and projects.
- Updating and technical coordination of an integrated project plan, including milestones, PM gates, releases, migrations, critical paths, and cross-program dependencies.
- Project-specific documentation of project status and progress at regular intervals.
- Preparation and moderation of Steering Committee meetings.
- Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Project-specific coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in coordinating long-term projects.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in budget management and resource planning.
- Ideally, certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Specific experience in managing SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal competence.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- German language skills are an advantage. Project language: English and German Remote share: 90 % Workload: 3 to 5 days per week Sector: Industry
