We are looking for a Principal IT Consultant for SAP S/4HANA QM in the domain of rail vehicle, plant, and facility maintenance. The focus is on the design, further development, and integration of SAP solutions within a complex system landscape with many functional and technical interfaces.

• Methodological support of the client in the requested area of responsibility
• Analysis of current states in the existing technological infrastructure
• Development of target states
• Elaboration of solution options to move from the current to the target state
• Evaluation and presentation of solution options
• Gathering information and bringing stakeholders together
• Organizing and conducting workshops
• Implementation and customizing of the decided solution options, if necessary, creation of various usable Proofs of Concepts (PoC) for selecting the final solution option
• Advising the client in the areas of standardization and optimized maintenance costs with regard to the future solution option to be implemented
• Continued support and development of the lighthouse project: Digitalization of manufacturing accompanying documents
• Consulting in the follow-up project: Digital Quality Management
• Functional and technical support for knowledge building on the client's side, as well as guiding individual resources within a mentoring concept, and pair programming activities
• Ensuring quality for any PoCs and the final solution option to be implemented
• Consulting, development, and design in the area of SAP S/4HANA QM as well as the adjacent modules PM, PP, and MM, experience level in years (> 7 years of experience)
• Deep and current knowledge in implementation and customizing of SAP QM under S/4HANA in a complex system landscape (> 5,000 users, > 50 interfaces), experience level in years (> 7 years of experience)
• Expert knowledge in QM master data, quality planning, quality inspection, quality notification, defect recording, as well as Fiori Apps for QM, experience level in years (> 7 years of experience)
• Implementation of customer-specific enhancements based on the SAP QM standard (User-Exits, BAdIs) as well as OData services, experience level in years (> 5 years of experience)
• Practical project experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially QM and its integration with PM, PP, and MM, experience level in years (> 3 years of experience)
