SAP RE-FX Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an SAP RE-FX Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Functional and technical conception and support of the SAP RE-FX migration within the program
• Creation, coordination, and further development of migration concepts for SAP RE-FX
• Analysis of relevant RE-FX data structures, master data, processes, migration objects, and dependencies
• Definition and documentation of selection, mapping, transformation, and validation rules for the migration
• Functional specification and coordination of migration rules for implementation in SNP CrystalBridge
• Planning, preparation, execution, and documentation of requirements and conception workshops
• Recording and structuring of migration requirements from the business departments
• Coordination with business departments, SAP module consultants, SNP consultants, and other involved stakeholders
• Support in the creation and execution of migration prototypes
• Functional support of test migrations and validation of migration results
• Analysis of deviations and error patterns, as well as derivation and tracking of corrective actions
• Independent management of assigned RE-FX work packages and coordination of status, progress, risks, and open points with project management

Requirements

Framework Conditions:

• Very good and practically tested knowledge in SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
• Sound knowledge of relevant RE-FX data structures, master data, and functional contexts
• Several years of experience in SAP data migration projects
• Experience in creating and implementing functional and technical migration concepts
• Experience with selection, mapping, transformation, and validation rules
• Experience with test migrations, data validation, and error analysis
• Experience with SNP CrystalBridge or SNP migration technologies is an advantage
• Experience in the context of SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Experience in requirements engineering as well as in planning, moderating, and documenting requirements workshops
• Ability to translate functional requirements into concrete and implementable migration rules
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Very good German language skills
• Start: asap
• Assignment: initially until 30.12.2026
• Perspective 2027: further demand is planned; the current assignment is initially exclusively until 30.12.2026
• Planned scope until 30.12.2026: approx. 55 PT / 440 hours
• Deployment model: predominantly remote, onsite appointments by arrangement (Frankfurt)
