Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of SAP RE-FX processes in Real Estate Management
• Development and enhancement of the end-to-end process landscape
• Support of business processes related to leasing and maintenance
• Execution and support of end-to-end tests
• Analysis and coordination of process interfaces to adjacent SAP modules
• Close collaboration with business departments as well as IT and SAP teams
• Identification and closure of process and documentation gaps

• Several years of project experience with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management)
• Very good knowledge of leasing and maintenance processes
• Sound experience in the development and optimization of end-to-end processes
• Cross-module SAP know-how, especially at the interfaces to MM (Purchasing), FI/CO, and other adjacent SAP modules
• Experience with end-to-end tests and process validation
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high analytical competence
• Project experience in a corporate environment or with Deutsche Bahn
• Experience in transformation or S/4HANA projects
• Knowledge in process design and process documentation
