SAP S/4HANA Consultant LE/SD – Rollout Poland

Responsibilities

+ Conception and customizing of the delivery-based shipping process from finished product through provisioning, packing, and goods issue to handover to billing.

+ Design of a lean warehouse organization based on MM-IM and storage locations, explicitly without WM, Stock Room Management, or EWM.

+ Mapping of goods receipt, inventory management, stock transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory count for jumbo rolls, cut rolls, pallets, and packaging material.

+ Definition of the packing process for individual rolls and pallets, including packing information, handling units, or a simpler, standard-oriented alternative.

+ Conception of batch management and end-to-end traceability from the jumbo roll to the delivered narrow roll.

+ Coordination of roll identification and roll and pallet label printing.

+ Evaluation of simple scanner or tablet support, although a mobile warehouse solution is not strictly required at the project start.

+ Close process coordination with PP for production confirmation, goods receipt of produced rolls, material provisioning, and handover to shipping.

+ Close coordination with SD regarding delivery, packing, goods issue, and billing. The specific design of SD processes will be carried out jointly with the responsible SD functional consultant.

+ Creation of process and customizing documentation, as well as support for integration testing, end-to-end testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Requirements

+ Several years of project experience in SAP S/4HANA LE or SD Shipping.

+ Very good knowledge of delivery, picking, packing, goods issue, and shipping documents.

+ Good knowledge of inventory management in SAP MM-IM.

+ Experience with batches, batch determination, and traceability.

+ Knowledge of Handling Unit Management and label printing, without necessarily requiring a complex HU or warehouse solution.

+ Understanding of the integration of LE with SD, MM, and PP.

+ Experience with lean rollouts and the principle of SAP standard before customer-specific development.

+ Ability to structure open requirements, evaluate standard options, and facilitate pragmatic decisions together with the business departments.
