• Demonstrable experience from at least two extensive, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in an on-premise environment, where business consulting was performed independently using agile methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA finance processes and strong practical knowledge in system configuration and customizing, including relevant interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of established SAP standards and customer-specific solution approaches, as well as a keen eye for cross-process dependencies.
• Ability to technically classify current SAP developments and release 2025 innovations, derive action options, and provide sound recommendations.
• General Ledger and Document Splitting: Document Splitting
• Bank and Liquidity Processes: Cash Management and Bank Accounting, including the interplay of FQM Flow, Bank Subledger, General Ledger, and Reporting
• Closing Processes: Closing Cockpit in Advanced and Classic variants
• Financial Processes and Risk Management: Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Confident management of own tasks and professional interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and reliable approach with transparent communication on work progress.
• Very good communication skills and the competence to convey complex issues understandably.
• Quick and independent familiarization with an already advanced project based on existing documentation and the provided SAP system.
• Timely delivery of high-quality, consulting-oriented results within the agreed time and budget constraints.
• Sustainable knowledge transfer and customer enablement.
• Languages: Native-level German, fluent English.
