SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant – Hypercare & Knowledge Transfer (Northern Germany)

Project overview

For a manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant on short notice to support the internal IT in the stabilization phase after the introduction and to specifically build SAP know-how within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support during Hypercare: Analysis and resolution of incidents in production, warehouse, and purchasing processes
• Quick prioritization and pragmatic solutions in ongoing operations
• Knowledge transfer to internal IT: Roles and authorization concept, business roles and catalogs, typical administration and operational tasks in the Public Cloud
• Point of contact for key users, support with training and documentation
• Subject matter sparring partner for service providers and future AMS

Requirements

Framework Data:

• Practical project experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ideally with go-live and hypercare
• Good understanding of production and logistics processes (PP, MM, EWM), e.g., units of measure, batches, planning, and reporting stocks
• Experience with authorizations or Identity & Access Management in the Public Cloud
• Ability to convey knowledge understandably
• Resilience, quick comprehension, and solution-oriented approach
• Desirable: Experience in the food or process industry, SAP Cloud ALM

Project details

ASAP

initially until the end of March 2027, extension possible

Utilization: initially 30–40 hours/week, later reduced possible

predominantly remote, on-site in Northern Germany every 2–3 weeks for 2–3 days
