OneTrust Functional/Technical Consultant

Project overview

A globally active company in the agribusiness and commodity trading sector is looking for an experienced OneTrust specialist to stabilize and optimize its recently launched platform. In this three-month freelance position (100% Remote, November 2026 Start), you will act as the main responsible person for the post-go-live phase.

Your tasks include a comprehensive evaluation of the platform, closing implementation gaps, resolving production and configuration issues, and intensive support for business users. The goal is to hand over a documented, stable platform to the internal team for regular operation.

Proven practical experience in OneTrust implementation and configuration, including post-go-live stabilization and hypercare services, is required. You should have expertise in reviewing and resolving configurations against business and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to fix functional and technical platform issues.

Further required competencies: Workflow configuration and optimization, design of role-based authorization models, experience with OneTrust modules (Privacy, Consent & Preference, Cookie Compliance, TPRM, GRC), solid GDPR and data protection understanding, as well as strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills. Experience in global or enterprise environments is an advantage.

The position is remote with working hours in the CET zone (+/- 2 hours) and requires business-level English skills.
