SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager for a significant transformation program at a leading industrial company. This role offers the opportunity to lead an international S/4HANA rollout program and modernize complex business processes.

Responsibilities

You will have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of a comprehensive S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries and business units. This includes leading project teams of 10-20 people, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, and ensuring adherence to project goals and budgets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a structured and methodical implementation.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience with SAP systems, including extensive hands-on experience with S/4HANA. Proven track record in managing international S/4HANA rollouts. Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with structured consulting methodologies and best practices. Experience in top consulting environments is an advantage.
