SAP S/4HANA SD Junior Consultant / Key User / Power User, Order to Cash

Our client, an internationally active industrial company, is currently implementing SAP S/4HANA. In the Order to Cash sub-project, the key user for a business unit has unexpectedly become unavailable. A temporary solution is sought to provide operational support to the sales administration in the new system and to empower the team.

Responsibilities

Operational support for sales administration in the entire O2C process, from order entry to invoicing

Working in SAP S/4HANA SD as a Key User or Power User, no customizing involved

Accompanying users in daily operations, demonstrating best practices, and empowering the team in the new system

Interface to the O2C project team for functional questions and clarification cases

Requirements

Practical experience in SAP SD under S/4HANA (order processing, delivery, invoicing), ideally from a Key User or Power User role

Proficient use of S/4HANA and Fiori

Experience with SAP IBP is an advantage

Knowledge of sales administration processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Experience from a SAP implementation is desirable

Hands-on mentality, enjoyment in passing on knowledge to users
