SAP S/4HANA Service Solution Architect

Project overview

For a client, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Solution Architect (m/f/d) to support a company-wide transformation program.

Responsibilities

Design and further development of the future SAP S/4HANA Service architecture

Evaluation of SAP standard and suitable S/4HANA service processes

Consulting on available S/4HANA Service apps and their interaction

Development of a suitable migration strategy from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service

Evaluation of which existing processes should remain in SAP CS or be successively transferred to S/4HANA Service

Definition of work packages and support in setting up an initial sandbox or prototype solution

Integration of S/4HANA Service with adjacent areas such as SAP FI and MM

Consideration of existing field service and technician processes as well as existing custom developments

Evaluation of existing customer-specific developments regarding future standardization

Support of the internal SAP team in building expertise in the area of S/4HANA Service

Knowledge transfer, mentoring, and sparring with in-house consultants and developers

Requirements

Several years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Service

Experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior SAP Service Consultant

Very good knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Service standard

Experience with service orders, service notifications, and service contracts

Experience with the migration or transformation from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service

Ability to independently develop target architectures and process models

Focus on standard-based solutions while understanding necessary customer-specific enhancements

Very good communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in knowledge transfer and mentoring internal SAP teams

Very good German and English skills
