Dear SAP Project and Program Managers,

For an agency, we are looking for a highly experienced freelance Technical Project Manager / Senior Program Manager for the concept phase of a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA transformation. We are seeking a seasoned project personality with a deep SAP background who can structurally manage transformation projects and confidently bring together internal and external stakeholders. An exciting project in a regulated environment awaits you.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in managing SAP transformation programs
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP system landscapes, as well as migration and transformation
• Experience with cloud transformations in the SAP environment; SAP MCF / Multi-Channel Foundation is an advantage
• Management of large implementation partners and system integrators, as well as experience in vendor management
• Confident stakeholder management at IT leadership, management, and executive board levels
• Experience in the banking/financial services sector or a comparably highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, IT risk management, and regulatory requirements management
• Experience with requirements management, testing & quality management, and scope management
• Experience with cut-over, migration planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare
• Structured, confident, and assertive communication, as well as excellent native-level German skills
