• Technical review and revision of existing, machine-translated SAP training materials (English German)
• Ensuring correct SAP technical terminology and understandable, target-group-oriented language
• Creation of German-language screenshots directly in the existing SAP S/4HANA environment
• Adaptation, optimization, and quality assurance of training materials
• Preparation and execution of German-language SAP user and key-user training sessions
• Practical teaching of complex SAP processes
• Close coordination with the internal project team and the respective specialist departments
• SAP FI – Financial Accounting
• SAP CO – Controlling
• SAP PP – Production Planning
• SAP PS – Project System
• SAP SD – Sales and Distribution
• SAP MM – Materials Management
• SAP QM – Quality Management
• SAP Timesheets – Time Recording / CATS
• Several years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Sound knowledge in at least one of the mentioned SAP modules
• Experience in conducting SAP user and/or key-user training sessions
• Ability to convey complex SAP processes in an understandable, structured, and practical manner
• Experience in creating, translating, or revising training materials
• Native-level German language skills
• Good English skills for understanding and processing existing training materials
• Short-term availability
• Willingness for on-site training assignments in Leipzig
