Responsibilities

• Responsibility for training management within the scope of an SAP S/4HANA introduction
• Further development and concretization of existing training concepts
• Planning and control of all training and learning activities
• Analysis of target groups and training needs
• Creation and coordination of training plans and training materials
• Coordination with specialist departments, project teams, and key users
• Coordination and support of train-the-trainer concepts
• Organization and control of training dates and resources
• Ensuring consistent and sustainable knowledge transfer
• Support for users during the introduction and rollout
• Technical guidance and support for junior project staff
• Active knowledge transfer within the project team

• Several years of experience in training management within complex SAP projects
• Sound experience in SAP implementation or S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience in the conception and control of training and enablement measures
• Good knowledge in the creation of training materials and training concepts
• Experience with train-the-trainer approaches
• Experience with WalkMe or comparable Digital Adoption Platforms is an advantage
• Experience as a team lead or in technical leadership
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills
