SAP Training Manager / Training Lead – S/4HANA Introduction

For an SAP S/4HANA implementation project, we are looking for an experienced SAP Training Manager to professionally lead the training area and operationally implement an existing training concept.

Responsibilities

• Sound experience in training management of SAP implementation projects and in the independent management of corresponding training activities
• Leadership of the training staff unit and operational implementation of the existing training concept
• Conducting training needs analysis and advising the client on suitable training formats and their required scope
• Professional preparation of the decision on the tender for an external service provider for training materials, trainers, and training execution
• Planning and management of training activities in close coordination with the client and the involved project teams
• Professional leadership and guidance of less experienced team members, including knowledge transfer
• Experience with WalkMe is an advantage

Initial contract: 6 months; expected 12 months

Utilization: 80–100 %

On-site portion: one planned week per month as presence, plus additional individual client appointments as needed.
