SAP Screen Personas / RF UI Expert

We are looking for an experienced SAP Screen Personas consultant to support the optimization of SAP RF screens related to the current open requirements. The main focus is screen usability and device compatibility, while the underlying functional process design remains with the existing internal functional team.

Required Qualifications – Must Have

RF / Warehouse Knowledge

The consultant does not need to be a senior EWM functional consultant, but should have practical familiarity with:

Experience with SAP EWM RF is a strong advantage.

Important Technical Capability

The consultant should be able to determine whether a requirement can be solved through:

and clearly identify when a requirement is outside the Personas layer and requires functional configuration or ABAP/backend development.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Screen Personas 3.0
• Practical experience creating and modifying Personas Flavors
• Good knowledge of Personas scripting / JavaScript
• Experience modifying standard SAP screens, including:
• Moving and resizing fields
• Hiding unnecessary fields
• Changing button size and positioning
• Simplifying screen navigation
• Improving usability for touch / scanner devices
• Experience with SAP GUI for HTML
• Understanding of ITS / browser-based SAP access
• Experience optimizing SAP screens for RF devices, handheld scanners or industrial mobile devices
• Ability to analyze different device resolutions and adapt the UI accordingly
• Ability to troubleshoot Personas rendering and screen-layout issues independently
• SAP RF transactions and RF screens
• Ideally /SCWM/RFUI
• Warehouse handheld/scanner processes
• Picking, internal warehouse movements and Goods Receipt
• HU handling and barcode scanning
• Verification fields and RF navigation
• SAP Screen Personas
• SAP standard screen configuration
• RF / ITS configuration
• Device/browser configuration
• Increasing or repositioning RF buttons
• Improving Page Up / Page Down navigation
• Enlarging fields that are not fully visible on RF devices
• Improving layouts for different scanner/device resolutions
• Simplifying item selection and navigation
• Hiding unnecessary standard screen elements
• Improving touch usability
• Resolving information that exists on the SAP screen but is not visible on the RF device
• Improving consistency between standard RF screens and customized screens
• Reviewing whether additional user interactions can be simplified using Personas
• Review the current open RF requirements
• Identify which requirements are suitable for SAP Screen Personas
• Propose the appropriate Personas solution
• Implement the agreed Flavors/scripts
• Test on the relevant RF devices
• Support functional/business testing
• Document the implemented solution
• Provide basic knowledge transfer to the internal technical team
• Several productive SAP Screen Personas implementations
• S/4HANA experience
• Previous RF/mobile warehouse projects
• Experience with Zebra or similar industrial RF devices
• Good troubleshooting skills across Personas, SAP GUI for HTML and ITS
• Good English communication skills
