About the Role

We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant to further expand our internal SAP expertise.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and continuous development of the SAP SD module
• Planning and implementation of projects in the SAP SD environment
• End-to-end responsibility for SAP SD in the Run & Change area
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into technically feasible SAP solutions
• Independent customizing in the SAP SD module, especially in the areas of Pricing, Output, Copy Control, and Partner Determination
• Analysis of technical errors using debugging and identification and localization of error causes
• Work with user exits and existing enhancements, as well as definition of corresponding development requirements
• Creation and management of requirements for SAP development
• Ensuring stable processes in SAP S/4HANA and connected systems
• Responsibility for transport management and releases in the SAP SD environment
• Technical support for module-related issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Ensuring integration with adjacent SAP modules and systems
• Participation or assumption of responsibility in S/4HANA transformations
• Management of external SAP service providers and close collaboration with business departments, IT architecture, and development

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the SAP SD environment
• Strong technical SAP SD background and very good customizing skills
• Practical experience in SAP debugging and the ability to analyze technical errors independently
• Very good knowledge of user exits and SAP enhancements
• Very good understanding of the entire Order-to-Cash process from quotation and order to delivery and invoicing, including e-invoicing experience
• Profound knowledge in Pricing, Output, Copy Control, and Partner Determination
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as FI, MM, EWM, and PP, as well as their integration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and simplifications
• Knowledge of interfaces and integration scenarios, especially IDoc, APIs, and EDI
• Experience with international rollouts and templates
• Knowledge of modern SAP technologies such as Fiori and CDS Views at a conceptual level
• Experience in Demand Management and in the analysis and optimization of sales processes
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Very good German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at C1 level
