SAP Senior PP Consultant and XSteps Expert / PI Sheets, Design and Implementation

Responsibilities

• => PROCESS DESIGN: XSteps Lifecycle: Definition of how XSteps are created and changed (approval, etc.)
• Manufacturing Instruction/EBR/Order Lifecycle: How is the archiving or cancellation of orders handled?
• Masterdata Lifecycle: How are XSteps and new operations integrated into the work plan creation process (templates, etc.)
• => CONFIGURATION AND DEVELOPMENT: EBR Technical Setup: Support in setting up EBR for PP
• Development of Symbols/Generation: Support of BADI development
• Support in configuring the first Xstep generation
• Hardware/Software: Support in setting up and testing physical equipment
• => TEST MASTER DATA: Support in creating test master data with the assignment of XSteps
• Support the update of work plans with XSteps for productive use
• => TESTING: Support the testing of manufacturing instructions from each process
• Support testing of integrations with other modules (QM, MM, EWM, CO,..)
• => DOCUMENTATION: Support in creating process flow diagrams describing how the process runs and who executes it
• Support the documentation of developments, tests, and XSteps Go-Live and Hypercare
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare after Go-Live

• University degree or comparable professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects
• Very good knowledge of the PP module
• Many years of experience with XSteps and PI Sheets
• Self-motivated team player

We support SAP Germany in various projects. Currently, the PP department requires support from Senior XSteps Consulting and Development.

The goals of your activity are the design and implementation of the PI Sheets and XSteps solution for MF1 with the customer, including xSteps and EBR configurations for PP.
