SAP SF Employee Center (EC Time) Senior Consultant – remote 100% – November 2026.

Background

This is a roll-out SAP HR project with a hybrid HCM and SuccessFactors environment.

Responsibilities

Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors (SF) consulting and configuration
• Employee Central Time (EC Time) consulting and customizing
• Planning, capturing, and implementing specific requirements for the rollout
• Support and assistance
• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
• Many years of experience in Employee Central Time (EC Time) consulting and customizing
• International roll-out experience (templates)
• Many years of experience in conception, implementation (customizing) of all roll-out phases
• Experience in designing workshops (Lead Consulting)

12 months + option

Utilization: 4-5 days per week

100% remote, possibly 2 days per half-year at a customer location (EU seat).

Language: German and English
