SAP SuccessFactors (EC + ECP) Consultant

Project overview

For a current customer project, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant on a freelance basis.

Project Tasks

Consulting and support for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

Analysis and optimization of existing HR and payroll processes

Configuration and customizing of SAP EC and ECP

Ensuring the integration between Employee Central, ECP, and adjacent SAP HCM systems

Conducting workshops with business departments and stakeholders

Support with data migration, testing, and go-live preparation

Error analysis and optimization of existing interfaces and processes

Requirements

Several years of project experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP

In-depth knowledge in the implementation and configuration of SAP Employee Central Payroll

Experience with German payroll processes and legal requirements

Good knowledge of SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY)

Experience with the integration between SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

Very good German language skills
