SAP VIM and OpenText Consultant (Remote)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText Consultant for a long-term remote position. In this role, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP-integrated OpenText services.

Your main tasks include supporting the SAP VIM and OpenText infrastructure in development, test, quality, and production environments. You will be responsible for resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, application monitoring, security-related operational activities, coordinating with vendors, capacity planning, documentation, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP VIM, OpenText, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely in a stable, long-term position.

• Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP VIM and related OpenText components
• Troubleshooting and maintaining SAP VIM applications across various environments
• Analyzing and resolving functional, technical, configuration, and infrastructure issues
• Supporting the stability and availability of OpenText services
• Performing configuration changes and operational maintenance tasks
• Managing incidents and service requests with prioritization and escalation
• Proactively monitoring the availability and security of the OpenText landscape
• Coordinating with internal teams, product vendors, and external service providers
