SAP IS-Auto/Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-Auto/Proaxia VSS Consultant to support and enhance automotive aftersales operations within a complex SAP environment.

The role will focus on solution design, configuration, integration and support across dealership processes, including workshop management, service orders, parts management, warranty processing and vehicle servicing.

If you have strong SAP Automotive expertise and experience across aftersales processes, we'd be keen to hear from you.

• Configure and enhance SAP IS-Auto, Dealer Business Management (DBM) and Proaxia VSS solutions.
• Support end-to-end automotive aftersales processes, including service appointments, workshop operations, parts and warranty management.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, implementations, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams.
• Support interfaces with OEM systems, CRM platforms and other SAP modules.
• Provide L2/L3 support, user training and ongoing system enhancements.
• 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience, particularly with SAP IS-Auto, DBM and Proaxia VSS.
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales and dealership operations.
• Techno-functional experience, including debugging and working with ABAP developers.
• Understanding of SAP integrations, interfaces and cross-functional modules such as SD, MM and FI/CO.
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementations, rollouts or upgrades.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Automotive transformation experience.
• Exposure to Proaxia SRS, eVHC, digital payments and OEM warranty integrations.
• Experience within automotive retail dealership environments.
