Benefits/Business Case Manager
London (Hybrid) | £585 per day | Inside IR35 | 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to support a major central government programme.
This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, developing business cases, assessing investment proposals and demonstrating the economic and financial benefits of major programmes.

- Developing and reviewing business cases in line with HM Treasury Green Book and Five Case Model guidance.
- Undertaking economic appraisals, cost-benefit analysis and investment assessments.
- Identifying, quantifying and tracking programme benefits.
- Building financial and economic models to support investment decisions.
- Engaging with stakeholders to validate assumptions and challenge financial data.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Active SC clearance

- Strong academic or professional background in Economics.
- Experience in business case development and benefits management.
- Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book and the Five Case Model.
- Experience within central government or the wider public sector.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
