Scope: The engineers will manually provision Poly devices and confirm operational readiness.
The scope includes:
Physical device access and configuration
Enabling administrative access functions
Configuration of Microsoft Teams provider settings
SCEP certificate enrolment
802.1x authentication configuration
Validation of successful registration and operation
Troubleshooting provisioning issues
Recording completion status for configured devices
