Scaffolding Coordinator

Responsibilities

Profile

• Cross-trade coordination of all scaffolding work during ongoing plant operation and during revision phases
• Planning, budgeting, and final costing of all scaffolding work, including preparation of the annual report
• Processing of scaffolding applications and obtaining the necessary operational approvals
• Monitoring and ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality specifications
• Carrying out technical acceptance and regular inspection of scaffolding in compliance with high safety and quality standards
• Responsibility for the maintenance of all scaffolding material, inventory management, and carrying out recurring safety assessments
• Completed vocational training in the construction industry with proven practical experience in scaffolding
• Sound experience in managing and coordinating scaffolding projects
• Further training as a civil engineering foreman, construction manager, site manager, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. SIA, EN, DIN, BauAV, SUVA, VUV)
• High awareness of safety and responsibility, as well as a strong understanding of nuclear safety culture
• Strong service orientation combined with a structured and methodical way of working
