Project overview
Essential:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Scala applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and development teams.
- Define architecture and technical standards across Back End services and distributed systems.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, coding standards, testing, security, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable software.
- Champion functional programming principles and modern development methodologies.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
