• Implement and maintain a Scrum functioning adapted to Cloud activities, balancing planned work and run requests.
• Organize and facilitate sprint plannings, refinements, and retrospectives.
• Structure Jira dashboards and monitor task progress.
• Ensure the creation and qualification of run tickets.
• Consolidate the agenda for sprint reviews and make visible the topics requiring a decision.
• Provide visibility on individual priorities and workload distribution within the team.
• Ensure coordination with PI Planning stakeholders on work progress.
• Support the Scrum functioning of the Public Cloud and Hybrid Cloud domains.
• Communicate on releases and delivered features.
• Experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
• Mastery of Scrum and SAFe, with the ability to adapt practices to a context combining projects and recurring activities.
• Experience in a public Cloud AWS, private Cloud, or infrastructure environment.
• Good command of Jira and Confluence.
• Rigor in action tracking.
• Clear communication.
• Good command of English.
