Seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to mentor an 'Agile Coaches' team, foster an agile culture, and facilitate organizational development. Requires at least 5 years of experience in organizational change projects and 2 years as a coach.

- Mentoring the 'Agile Coaches' team in PI4 to further enable them in the following aspects
- Accompanying teams towards an agile culture (culture work)
- Building an environment of psychological safety
- Moderating and accompanying difficult team constellations
- Conflict moderation and crisis discussions
- Organizational development at various levels
- Online visualization and presentation techniques
- Clarifying requirements for incoming coaching requests
- Developing attractive, motivating training sessions and workshops, both online and in person
- Developing a coaching stance with a systemic perspective
- In-depth knowledge and at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Agile Coach in organizational change projects are required
- At least 2 years of experience as a coach
- German: Fluent
- English: Advanced knowledge
