Responsibilities

Profile

• Professional advice and coaching on the implementation of central transformation building blocks
• Contribution of well-founded SAFe expertise and transfer to the existing Infineon environment
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and transformation formats
• Coaching of transformation stakeholders, agile roles, and teams
• Support in the development and implementation of viable agile working methods and organizational structures
• Active knowledge transfer and capability building to sustainably build internal SAFe competence
• A possible focus area may be on the topics of Backlog & Requirements and Value Stream Structure
• Well-founded experience in supporting large agile transformations in complex corporate environments
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) with practical experience in large organizations
• Experienced trainer and coach for managers, agile roles, and teams
• Practical experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in supporting ARTs
• Experience in Value Stream Identification, value stream analyses, and ART design, ideally with SAFe Value Stream and ART Identification Workshops
• Very good knowledge of Backlog Management, Requirements Flow, Product Thinking, and agile roles
• Ability to pragmatically apply SAFe to an existing, complex hardware/software R&D environment
• Seniority and strong communication skills for collaboration with management, the transformation team, and operational roles
