Interim Scrum Master to guide two IT teams in a newly merged technical environment, focusing on team integration, process improvement, and coaching.
Project overview
Guiding two IT teams within a technical environment that has just been merged from operations, development, and a project team.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Merging different disciplines into one well-functioning team
- Introducing rhythm and predictability in working methods and delivery
- Coaching the Product Owner on prioritization, backlog management, and decision-making
- Identifying impediments, dependencies, risks, and technical debt
- Guiding the transition from support to realization and innovation
- Escalating to Cluster Lead/Product Manager or RTE when necessary
- Supporting a second team with temporary need for additional Scrum Master capacity
- Several years of experience in the role of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or change agent within technically complex IT environments
- Proven experience in building teams after a project handover, migration, or merger of organizational units
- Experience with teams where operations, development, data, and project-driven change intersect
- Experience within a scaled Agile working method, preferably SAFe, with collaboration with an RTE and Cluster Lead/Product Manager
- Knowledge of or interest in asset management, GEO/GIS, cloud environments, or data quality is recommended
