🔎 I am looking for an experienced Agile IT Scrum Master / Project Manager to work in an international environment on a strategic Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform, which centralizes digital interactions and content management.

As part of the integration and evolution projects for this solution, the objective is to ensure the coordination of business and technical teams, manage delivery, and guarantee the proper application of Agile practices, while securing project commitments.

Profile sought

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Analyze functional and technical issues and contribute to their resolution
• Coordinate business and technical teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in applying Scrum practices
• Organize sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization with the Product Owner
• Monitor team velocity and analyze sprint performance
• Manage the project schedule, milestones, and deadlines
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blocking points
• Develop and execute tests to validate integrations and ensure solution quality
• Document configurations, processes, and implemented solutions
• Support continuous improvement and maintain good delivery momentum
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile IT Project Manager, ideally with a dual role
• Very good command of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating business and technical teams
• Mastery of facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint monitoring, and backlog management
• Good understanding of IT solution integration, testing, and validation challenges
• Ability to manage schedules, anticipate risks, and manage dependencies
• Knowledge of Sprinklr or other CXM platforms is a real plus!
• Experience in SaaS solution integration would be appreciated
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, autonomy, and team spirit
