Scrum Master

Project overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Proxy Product Owner to join one of our banking sector clients based in Montpellier, as part of a strategic project evolving in a Big Data, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence environment.

You will work within Agile teams to facilitate project coordination, support the Product Owner in managing activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Profile sought:

We are looking for an experienced profile with 5 to 10 years of experience, who has worked in Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, or Agile project coordination roles.

You have mastered Agile methodologies and are capable of supporting teams in their organization, maturity development, and continuous improvement of their practices.

You have a good understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure environments, particularly GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, and Docker technologies.

Experience in a Data / Artificial Intelligence ecosystem would be a real asset.

You are recognized for your communication, coordination, and facilitation skills, as well as your ability to work in a demanding technical environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead Agile ceremonies: Daily Meeting, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective.
• Support the Product Owner in managing, structuring, and prioritizing the backlog.
• Ensure coordination of technical and functional teams within the projects.
• Facilitate sprint planning and guarantee the monitoring of delivery commitments.
• Organize and lead monitoring and steering committees (COPROJ / COPIL).
• Identify obstacles and support teams in resolving encountered issues.
• Ensure the correct application of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Support teams in the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
• Facilitate communication between the different project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the smooth running of projects in a Cloud, Data, and AI technical environment.
• Proven mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies and Agile coaching practices.
• Significant experience as a Scrum Master and/or Proxy Product Owner.
• Mastery of Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence.
• Good understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies: GCP, OpenStack, OpenShift.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration environments: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of Product Backlog management and prioritization processes.
• Ability to lead project governance instances (COPROJ / COPIL).
• Understanding of technical challenges related to Big Data and Artificial Intelligence environments.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex technical environment.
• Operational professional English.
