Assignment description
For a temporary assignment, we are looking for a Scrum Master to guide value teams working agile. You will bring these teams to the next Agile maturity level.
Background of assignment
As a Scrum Master, you will oversee multiple Scrum teams. Some teams are just starting with Agile working, while other teams are already further along in their maturity. You will help them improve their processes and collaboration and achieve their goals by challenging them in a stimulating way and letting them figure out how to approach things themselves. Your goal is to let your teams develop their own growth path.
