Scrum Master – Agile Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a comprehensive agile reorganization. As part of a restructuring, several cross-functional teams will be created, which will implement scalable agile methods in the future. As Scrum Master, you will actively accompany this transformation process and promote the agile mindset throughout the entire area.

Your main tasks include coaching and agile support of cross-functional teams from various departments. You will moderate Scrum events, support the scaling of agile methods, and contribute to the establishment of agile processes and relevant tools. Furthermore, you will work closely with Product Owners, developers, leads, and stakeholders. An optional involvement in individual projects is possible; however, the role is primarily designed as a line function.

For this position, you bring at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, cross-functional environments. You have sound knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; experience with SAFe is an advantage. Knowledge of working with DevOps teams and governance structures, as well as confident use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), is required. Ideally, you have experience from regulated industries.

We expect strong communication skills, coaching competence, and a high degree of personal responsibility.

The position is designed for 50% utilization (20 hours per week) and will be carried out hybrid – with flexible remote work and monthly on-site appointments as well as regular planning meetings. The position is initially limited with the option of extension.
