Project overview

Within the Adhérents & Flux tribe, you will join the Vision Metier 360 squad, a recent team currently composed of 5 collaborators.

This squad is responsible for the member relationship onboarding tools used by operational teams.

The mission has a dual dimension:

Support for the NORA VIE squad

You will ensure the Scrum Agile framework within the team and actively contribute to the squad's collective performance.

As such, you will:

In addition to operational intervention within the squad, the Scrum Master will contribute to the structuring and animation of the tribe, which is composed of several squads.

• Lead Scrum Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate collaboration between team members.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management.
• Ensure delivery tracking and achievement of sprint objectives.
• Assist the team in evaluating, estimating, and planning work.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Produce and maintain activity monitoring indicators.
• Support the team in the continuous improvement of its practices.

• Support the Tribe Manager in coordinating the teams.
• Contribute to harmonizing Agile and Delivery practices between squads.
• Lead or co-lead synchronization meetings between Scrum Masters.
• Participate in defining and monitoring tribe management indicators.
• Support and participate in the structuring and continuous improvement initiatives of the organization.
• Ensure the implementation of the Scrum method and practices necessary for agile product development: apply the methodology (sprint planning, leading daily meetings, leading continuous improvement retrospectives, facilitating the workspace and/or visual management);
• Manage work and teams: implement the backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring coordination and facilitation of stakeholders, anticipating and monitoring the progress of iterations and projects, adjusting actions, updating information and indicators, in relation to the Product Owner;
• Ensure activity reporting and global communication related to the Scrum method: report to the Product Owner/Business Owner/Tribe Leader, alert on potential difficulties, organize demos;
• Ensure synchronization with related entities/projects/processes within the Client.
• Confirmed mastery of Scrum and Kanban
• Significant experience as a Scrum Master with software development teams
• Experience in managing delivery, team capacity, and commitments
• Mastery of facilitation techniques and workshop animation
• Experience in multi-team coordination
• Ability to produce indicators, dashboards, and reports
• Experience supporting scaled Agile organizations
• Good understanding of software development environments
• Good understanding of APIs, distributed architectures, and digital products
