• Agile support of two product development teams as Scrum Master
• Planning, moderation, and execution of Scrum ceremonies on-site
• Support for the teams in applying agile methods and processes
• Promotion of collaboration within the cross-functional teams
• Identification and removal of obstacles in the development process
• Support in the continuous improvement of team performance and collaboration
• Close coordination with relevant stakeholders in the product development environment
• Regular presence at both locations required
• Education, certification, or comparable qualification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Several years of experience in the agile support of product development teams
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams
• Ideally, experience in mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering environments
• Experience in parallel support of multiple teams
• Very good knowledge of agile methods and Scrum processes
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• High organizational skills and independent way of working
