Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), for large organizations. This involves setting up directory and federation services, MFA, and managing identities and access rights.

- Conception and introduction of IAM in large, heterogeneous organizations
- Setup and operation of directory and federation services as well as manufacturer-independent MFA
- Implementation of PAM including emergency access
- Setup of self-operated certificate management
- Development of role and authorization models including role mining and recertification
- Management of person, technical, and machine identities including automation
- Integration of IAM into HR processes and coordination with co-determination regulations
- 6-10 years of experience in IAM conception and implementation with responsibility for results
- Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
- Experience with MFA, PAM, and self-operated certificate management
- Knowledge of role and authorization management as well as identity automation
- Practical experience with tools such as AD, FreeIPA, Keycloak, privacyIDEA, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, midPoint, or EJBCA
- German: Fluent
- English: Advanced knowledge
