Secure critical internet access, manage routing, load balancing, and perimeter protection for a major client.
As part of the strategic reinforcement of the Internet Infrastructure teams, we are looking for a Level 3 Network & Security Infrastructure Engineer. Your role will be at the heart of operational continuity and information system resilience: you will bring your Level 3 (N3) technical expertise on network (Cisco, Juniper, A10 Networks) and security (WAF Ubika, Anti-DDoS Radware) infrastructures, while managing the integration of new solutions and ensuring the Operational and Security Maintenance (MCO/MCS) of critical Internet gateways.
Your future environment
You will work within the Internet Infrastructure department, in constant interaction with network architects, cybersecurity experts, the SOC, and IT project managers. In a high-availability environment requiring rigor, proactivity, and reactivity, you will be the N3 referent for complex incidents, application load balancing needs, and perimeter security challenges. You will work in a hybrid setup (with on-site client presence) and will be one of the guarantors of the high performance of the group's communication infrastructures.
Your key missions
N3 Expertise, Incident Resolution & MCO/MCS (RUN & SECURITY Mode):
Projects, Integration & Documentation (BUILD & ARCHITECTURE Mode):
- Ensure Level 3 (N3) technical expertise on all Internet network (routing, switching, load balancing) and security infrastructures.
- Diagnose, escalate, and resolve complex and critical incidents affecting the network or security.
- Conduct in-depth post-incident analyses (post-mortem), identify root causes, and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of critical infrastructure bases.
- Continuously optimize the performance, resilience, and availability of network and application flows.
- Maintain active technological and security watch to anticipate architecture evolutions and vulnerabilities.
- Manage the integration and deployment of new network and security infrastructures (A10 Networks load balancers, WAF Ubika application firewalls, Radware Anti-DDoS protections).
- Write, validate, and maintain reference technical documentation (Technical Architecture Files
- DAT, Operational Files
- DEX, security instructions).
- Support project and operations teams in the operational implementation and handover of solutions.
