Responsibilities
Conception of: assembly lines, test equipment, identification and selection of suitable plant/line suppliers
- Analysis of customer requirements
- Development and finalization of manufacturing concepts
- Coordination of: plant concepts, technical requirements, budgets
- Monitoring of plant construction at the supplier
- Conducting regular project and progress reviews
- Solving technical and operational problems
- Support of: installation, commissioning, production start / ramp-up
- Processing of technical changes
- Coordination between suppliers, project teams and plant
Requirements
- Experience in the development of manufacturing/assembly concepts
- Ideally experience with electronics or power electronics manufacturing
- Experience in managing machine and plant suppliers
- Experience with the setup and commissioning of new production lines
- Experience in ramp-up / series production start
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel in Germany and the Czech Republic
- Czech and English mandatory
- German advantageous
