Senior Advisor Channel Strategy and Implementation (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment includes further developing and implementing P-Direkt's channel strategy within the Leave customer journey and other customer journeys.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Sharpening objectives, success criteria, and principles for conscious channel choices
• Selecting and researching a defined part of the Leave customer journey through customer journey mapping and UX/CX research
• Developing and validating suitable channel and product choices for the chosen scope
• Translating results and lessons learned into a repeatable scaling and implementation plan
• Guiding the phased implementation of the channel strategy within Leave and other customer journeys
• Monitoring and adjusting the implementation based on user feedback and data
• University work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within an Agile environment in the field of product management and digital services
• Experience with the further development and implementation of digital services and channel strategy
• Knowledge of customer journeys and translating user needs into choices for channels and products
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile/product management environment
• Experience with structuring and monitoring implementation and scaling processes
• Skill in stakeholder management within a complex environment
